What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is ‘the sport of fitness’ in which cardio training, gymnastics and training with external weights (e.g. barbells and kettlebells) are combined in endless ways. Every day, a new menu of different exercises of these three disciplines is made available under the heading ‘Workout of the Day’ (WOD), which can be tailored to all levels of fitness and ability and/or individual goals.
