Work up a good sweat
From Monday to Sunday inclusive, there are quite a few fixed times when you can come train freely at our fitness club. All our equipment is ready for use. Maybe you have just learnt a new move, are following an individual training programme or simply feel like working up a good sweat at our fully equipped club: go ahead, fill your boots! And if you have a question during your workout or need a little refresher, just ask one of our coaches who are on hand to help you out. Maybe you want extra support with a move or need one-to-one coaching? Then you may want to try a personal training session. Because responsible, safe training is one of our club’s key values, we kindly ask you – if you are new to CrossFit – to first attend a number of group classes or personal training sessions. After you have done so, one of our coaches will give you definitive access to our ‘open gym’.
